Describe your task
Use the request form — or reach us directly on WhatsApp or WeChat. Tell us what needs to be done, where in China, and by when. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can turn around a quote. No task is too unusual. If we've never done it before, we'll tell you.
Receive a clear quote
We respond to most requests within 24 hours. Our reply will include: a realistic assessment of whether the task is feasible, a clear quote covering our time and any expected out-of-pocket expenses, a timeline for completion, and any questions we need answered before starting.
Approve & we get to work
Once you approve the quote, we begin. You'll receive regular updates throughout — photos, receipts, status messages — via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email depending on your preference. You won't be left wondering.
Task complete — full report
On completion, we send a full report: what was done, when, any documentation, receipts for all expenses, and the outcome. For physical items, we arrange shipping or local storage depending on your instructions. The paperwork is yours.

Common questions
How do you handle payment?
We invoice for our time after the task is complete, or request a deposit for tasks with significant upfront expenses (e.g. purchasing goods, travel costs). Payment methods discussed at quote stage.
What areas of China do you cover?
We cover mainland China nationwide. For remote locations we'll confirm feasibility and any additional travel time in the quote.
What languages do you operate in?
All client communication is in English. All China-side communication is in Mandarin (and relevant local dialects where applicable).
Can you sign documents on my behalf?
In some cases yes, with written authorisation. This depends on the type of document. We'll advise case-by-case.
Is there a minimum task size?
No — we handle everything from a single errand to ongoing monthly retainer arrangements. Quote is based on time and complexity.
